By using Flight-Tracker.net you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose, and the two that matter most are the safety warning and the scraping limit.
Permitted use
The site is free for personal, non-commercial use. Browse it, share links to it, use it to follow a family member's flight home. None of that needs our permission.
Automated scraping of the live data endpoints is not permitted. Those endpoints exist to serve the pages you are reading, and hammering them degrades the site for everyone. Products that need underlying position data should arrange an appropriately licensed feed with a specialist aviation-data provider.
No warranty
Live positions, schedules and reference data are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Never use this site for navigation, flight operations or any safety-critical decision.
Being specific about the limits is more useful than a disclaimer: positions are seconds to minutes old, coverage depends entirely on where volunteer receivers happen to be, and an aircraft absent from the map has usually just flown out of range rather than landed. Schedules are typical patterns, not a booking system, and they change with the season. Always confirm flight times with your airline.

Facts themselves are not ours to own. Aircraft registrations, airport codes, runway counts and the ADS-B broadcasts behind the map are public information, and we claim no rights over them. What is ours is the writing, the design and the way the data is presented.
